No card required. Single-use claim links go to the registrar of record. If you received an outreach email from us with a personal claim link, it will redeem your credits the moment you sign in.
If you received an email from us and would like to be removed from our institutional outreach list, send a one-line message to [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe from outreach." We honour opt-outs within 24 hours and erase your record from the outreach list permanently. The lawful basis for the original outreach is documented in our data-rights policy and our GDPR transparency report.
